Eating 500-600 calories a day probably isn't recovering. but it's a start.
I'm not cutting cold turkey. I can't.
My goal is to eat breakfast lunch and dinner.
breakfast- milk to help the bones.
lunch- food with fiber in it.
dinner-salad.
I'm not going to let myself go lower than that.
and I'm trying my best not to binge or purge. two days so far, yay.
thats a good start. there is no way you can put on weight from that kind of intake so it shouldnt be too scary and getting some vitamins and minerals will make u feel better and also lessen binge cravings :)
